Sea Essences for the ergetical body

PHI Essences from the Netherlands offers Sea Essences since 1992

1. Alga (Caulerpa racemosa)
Seaessences Alga The caulerpa racemosa is seaweed that grows in a string and looks like a green pearl necklace. It can be found from the Caribbean, Florida, and Bermuda to Brazil. Botanically, it is unusual, since it is composed only of individual cells with many nuclei. It is one of the largest cells that exist in the world. The seaweed stands out for its great growth. The plant is very demanding in terms of the quality of the water. It is the food of different herbivorous fish such as the naso lopezi and the brevirostris. The caulerpa racemosa produces a lot of oxygen, and contains vitamins, amino acids and colloids. It gets some compounds of nitrogen and phosphates from the water, contributing with their filtering and increasing their quality. The assimilated nitrogen is mainly made of ammonia and nitrates. Its freshly squeezed juice helps the sick fish recover more quickly. A species related to the caulerpa is used in Japanese cuisine under the name of green caviar or sea grapes or, in the Okinawa Islands, as umi-budo. In Indonesia, it is consumed partially raw and with sugar. It is also highly valued in the Philippines. Algae Essence: The algae essence promotes cellular consciousness and self-healing. On the body level: In the event of injuries, such as cuts in the skin, this seaweed promotes regeneration and cell growth in the energy level. Caution: Never apply it directly on the open wound; work in a sterile manner, by placing the essence externally on the healthy skin. This process can be supplemented with Self Heal Braunelle (prunella vulgaris) cream. On the emotional level: The caulerpa helps join energy with people. It promotes mutual understanding and awareness of things that need to be joined, the sense of belonging, it helps people approach each other after fights or disagreements and it also promotes group consciousness and a sense of family. On the spiritual level: It promotes awareness of the unit. It allows us to recognize that being separated is an illusion, that we are all interconnected together.

2. Delph (Dolphin Sea Essence) (Tursiops truncatus) Bottlenose
Delph Dolphins provide feelings of harmony. They reach the heart, give us the thrill of unconditional love, and can gently open our Heart Chakra. They are very sociable animals that help each other. Men capture them and hold them in captivity in dolphinariums where they can perform their tricks and people can swim with them. Dolphins are mistreated as tourist attraction. Animals that are used to living in freedom are locked up by us, humans. They are separated from their fellows, their companions and their family, leading a miserable existence in tanks. Repeatedly, they have committed suicide in captivity, hitting their skulls against the tank wall. This is why I would strongly suggest people to stop visiting dolphinariums so that this madness can come to an end. The dolphin in the interpretation of dreams: it shows new paths for our thoughts, offers us a new dynamic in life and new ways of thinking and it is a clue toward unconditional love. DELPH Essence: Delph essence was made December 22nd, 1991 with free animals in the North coast of Colombia. It was the first dolphin essence worldwide and, personally, it was a very special event. I had not planned or thought about working with animals, but dolphins and whales are messengers of the entire animal kingdom, which is why I was guided towards them. Delph is an extraordinary essence. It's an energy of very high vibrations, which acts simultaneously on all our chakras and energy centers, harmonizing and cleaning. Dolphins message is the message of love that includes everything. Delph is an essence for cleaning and activating our body and therefore can also be used for the activation of the water (see further in the book). On the body level: Delph is being used with great success for harmonization during pregnancy. The essence is used by doctors and midwives to help during the process of childbirth, resulting in less complication. This was statistically proven. Childbirth occurs in a simple and harmonic way. As some studies show, Delph starts the brain activity. Mothers who have delivered their children, with and without Delph, report that the "Delph-children" perform better at school and show greater joy of living. On the emotional level: Delph is the new essence for especially talented children. Some schools in Switzerland have successfully used Delph. The school counselors noted that it can help children with an ADD (Attention Deficit Disorder) or an ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) diagnosis. Delph encourages the vital energy and self-confidence. Fears and limitations can be released more easily. It helps us give a further step in our evolution. It can gently open our heart chakra and fills us with a feeling of unconditional love towards God's Creation.

On the spiritual level: Based on my own experience, I assume that dolphins and whales probably have access to higher energies and, eventually, other dimensions. Special note: Besides the essence there are other Delph items: Delphpendant to carry on the heart chakra, the Delphcream and Delphspray to clean different spaces. Water Activation with Delph We can improve the quality of the water using Delph. The high vibrations of the essence (approximately 15,000 hertz) are transferred to the water molecules, so that the water molecules vibrations are increased and by doing this the contaminated water is improved on the energy level. It has been observed that impurities and particles dissolved in water decanted with greater speed. Preparation: Firstly, prepare some bottles with dilutions of Delph essence. To do this, get some clean glass bottles that can be closed hermetically, some brandy or cognac and a bottle of still mineral water. Put approximately 30% of alcohol in the bottle and then fill it with water. Do not fill it completely. Now add some drops of Delph essence to the preparation. Recommended quantity of Delph essence in the dilution Add 2 drops in 30ml of water Add 3 drops in 100ml of water Add 5 drops in 500 ml of water Add 9 drops in 1000ml of water The dilutions must be done hygienically. Then close the bottle and shake it to mix it well. Implementation: Now, take the bottles to the water you wish to activate, find a calm moment and throw the bottles in the water with a distance of approximately 100 meters between each other. Concentrate and feel your soul. In the event of strong currents, tie a stone to the bottle with a nylon thread so that they both sink. The bottle remains active for a period of approximately 70 years. Many people have reported that when doing the activation, they could feel a very strong energy. Other people remarked on the reactions of animals that they could observe during or immediately after activation.

3. Crab (Grapsus grapsus)
Crab Crabs in Mythology: In Greek mythology, the crab represents Hera, goddess of birth and marriage. It is said that the Milky Way grew from her chest. She sent the crab to help and protect Hydra, the multi-headed water snake. Heracles had to defeat Hydra by cutting all her heads. But first he had to defeat the crab. But each time that he cut one head, immediately two new ones grew back. Until he had the idea of using a firebrand to scorch the neck stumps after each decapitation. He buried the last immortal head of Hydra, which is a constellation in the sky next to the crab. The crab in the sky should also retain a nymph to Zeus, so that he could take advantage of her. In Norse mythology, the crab is related to the ISA Rune. It represents ice, stillness and silence. It provides concentration and determination. At Midsummer celebrations (June 23, Cancer in the Zodiac) Celt people honored Aine as she symbolizes deep love and protects young and weak people. It is the party of the Red goddess, a woman in her best years. The goddess of the Moon and the Moon itself are also related to Cancer, the crab. They represent femininity, receptivity, shadow, rhythm of tides, intuition, dreams and the intangible. In the Kabbalah, the crab corresponds to Yesod, the ninth Sephirah, the Moon and the Archangel Gabriel. Here, it represents brilliant ideas, intelligence and clear imagination. The crab in the interpretation of dreams: It represents the messages of personal or collective unconscious. It makes us to be careful and look inward before taking another step in our life. Crab Essence: It helps us to focus internally and to develop self-confidence. On the body level: It strengthens the skin, the endocrine system, nails and hair on the energy level. In the same way that the carapace encloses the animal and protects it, we are energetically protected by the skin.

On the emotional level: Those who are naturally fearful learn to observe their fears from another point of view and understand them better. There are certain fears that lead us to be careful and cautious, they also help us preserve our lives and our health, but there are many fears that we can release and that will help us develop confidence. Crab is as shy as all the other crustaceans. With it, we do not run away immediately, we learn to consider life circumstances, to observe, to think, to look inward and only then, based on reasoning, we make a decision. It is an animal that takes one step forward and then two steps backwards. It teaches us that sometimes withdrawal is better than defense and confrontation. Just like the crab that lives protected in the breaker zone or, as it happens with some species that take refuge within their protective carapace, we discover the importance of our habitat. Our home should always be a place of calm and content, a safe place where we can take refuge. The crab teaches us the advantages of our home and its containment. But when the crab makes a decision, it cannot be stopped. It relies on its claws, with which it can release old patterns and ties, as well as on its carapace, which surrounds its body and protects it. On the spiritual level: Its antennas connect us with this level, with issues such as mental perception, hunches and perception of subtle energies. They open to mysticism and religion, we learn to listen to God and trust in His protection.

4. Portuguese man-of-war (Physalia physalis)
Portuguese man-of-war The Portuguese man-of-war is a very strange formation. We are not dealing with a single animal, but with an entire colony of organisms. It consists of several animals of the same species that have joined together and act as and seem to be a single animal. Imagine: a blue animal, partially transparent, filled with air, which is sailing on the sea. In this colony, its members are usually closely related and the tasks necessary to survive are frequently distributed. The Portuguese man-of-war belongs to the hydrozoans and it resembles a jellyfish. An animal forms a gas-filled bladder which sits above the water and somewhat resembles an old warship at full sail. The bladder is dragged on the surface of the water by the current and it is approximately 15 to 25 cm. The blue polyps are clustered there. The tentacles can reach up to 20 meters long. The Portuguese man-of-war belongs to the Hydrozoa which is a subgroup of cnidarians containing approximately 3,300 species around the world. The stinging, venom-filled nematocysts in the tentacles of the Portuguese man-of-war can paralyze small fish and they can be mortal for human beings. The hydrozoas catch their prey with their tentacles, as carnivores, they are fed with some fish and other small creatures. Some of the tentacles have polyps to catch and hold the prey, others are used for the digestion process others for procreation, which may be sexual or asexual. The Portuguese man-of-war can be found in almost every tropical and subtropical seas of the world. They have no independent means of propulsion and either drift on the currents or catch the wind with their pneumatophores. Their reputation as dangerous is well founded. When these blue animals appear on the surface of the water, the danger is always extreme. Divers and swimmers can be tangled with their tentacles. Their stings can generate third- degree burns, which, depending on the concentration and the amount of venom, can be deadly to human beings. From the energy point of view, the presence of the animal always brings deep cleaning, mainly of harmful energies. Once we wanted to go to the sea with a group, but the couple that was going to accompany us had had a tremendous fight some time before. As soon as they arrived, we could feel the charged atmosphere of hatred which reigned between them. While in the sea we could not spot whales or dolphins because of the energy emanating from the boat, but we ran into a large group of beautiful Portuguese Man-of-War and that had a clarifying effect. The Portuguese man-of-war in Mythology: The name man-of-war comes from an 18th-century armed sailing ship and the cnidarian's supposed resemblance to the Portuguese version at full sail. In Greek mythology, Medusa was a female sea monster that turned all who looked her directly into the eyes into stone. She was beheaded by Perseus. The Portuguese man-of-war in the interpretation of dreams: It represents dangerous situations and the need for a thorough cleaning deep in our vital environment. Portuguese man-of-war Essence On the body level: The essence acts on the elimination of toxins from our body. It boosts the lymph and the detoxification processes, acts on the gallbladder and bladder, promotes the expulsion of toxins through urine. (See also the practical part of Dr. Spitzer). On the emotional level: The essence helps in completely poisoned emotional situations, when there is only hatred during people's interaction. It provides a strong clarification and cleaning of energies. The negative energy fades and it creates a new clean atmosphere. As soon as we work with the essence, the atmosphere of rooms full of negative energy is instantly cleaned. On the spiritual level: People learn to control and understand their emotions. We learn that what bothers us in the other person is always the mirror of our own being or our own behavior. We are reminded that we are all one and so we can interact freely.

5. Blenny (Blennius sanguinolentus):
Blenny Blenny fish can grow up to 20 cm and belongs to the teleostei. These are the largest and most diverse fish group to which more than 90% of all fish species belong. Blenny fish feeds on algae and lives in the coastal zones of the seas, in small puddles and in rocky seabed areas which are illuminated by the sun. Some of these fishes can also perform acrobatic jumps to go, with low tide, from a puddle to another. Sometimes, they may even move forward crawling sideways over the rocks. Its area of distribution covers the Mediterranean Sea, the Black Sea, the Atlantic Ocean from the coast of Morocco to France and the Canary Islands. Through a sixth sense (a group of sensory organs known as the "lateral line"), fish can perceive the slightest currents and vibrations, discover the predators and recognize the exact distance between other fish. Inside the water, they can smell very accurately, perceive substances that are dissolved in it and, therefore, are able to return to the place where they have hatched in order to procreate themselves. Their fertilization is external. The female lays the eggs in the spawning ground, which then are fertilized by the male's sperm. Fish in Mythology: In Greek mythology, the goddess of love, Aphrodite, and the god of love, Eros, became fish to escape from the Typhon snake. To the Babylonians, the fish represent the Creator and God of water, Enki. Their priests wrapped in cloaks that made them look like fish. In Christianity, the fish is a symbol for Christ. The early Christians were known among themselves through the symbol of the fish. The first apostles of Jesus were fishermen and Peter was called the fisher of men. The fish is associated with baptism, water, spiritual birth and resurrection. In China, the fish represents wealth and prosperity also abundance and good luck. So in Feng Shui, there are aquariums with fish placed as a symbol of wealth, success and profit. The fish in the interpretation of dreams: By moving in the water, fish takes us to the emotional level, to those feelings which are asleep in our unconscious. If the water is cloudy, we find ourselves in situations that are confusing and unclear. We must discover our emotions clearly. If the fish is sick or dead, this can show interference in our emotional strength or our vital energy, and it can even refer to a disease. Blenny Essence The essence connects us with our intuition and with our emotions. On the body level: The emotions that we cannot express can lead to stiffness and numbness, which can be dissolved lovingly by this essence. As the water represents our emotions, this essence helps to soften them gently and lovingly, helping dissolve contractures so that our vital energy can flow again. This essence is also very good to be added to massage oil. On the emotional level: The essence helps us let emotions be part of our lives. This helps us overcome our own fears better and show our feelings in a more appropriate manner. We learn, after initial hesitation, that this can be a positive experience. When we surrender fully and completely to our feelings, we discover that this is very good and satisfying. We will no longer take our feelings like fish out of water. We will, on the contraire, enjoy them. The essence takes us back to the healing force; giver of blessings; towards the original faith and, therefore, towards our vital richness and sense of inner joy. We also learn to develop compassion for others, to open our hearts and to participate in the dance of life. On the spiritual level: We learn that it is essential to recognize the feelings and show them, rather than suppress them. In the worst-case scenario, suppressing our feelings can lead to cancer. We learn that human development and any kind of evolution is always done by expressing our emotions.

6. Sea Anemone (Stichodactyla mertensii)
Seaanemone The sea anemone belongs to the invertebrates in the Cnidaria phylum. There are about 8000-9000 species around the world. All cnidarians have tentacles covered with stinging cells around the mouth opening. The sea anemone belongs to the Anthozoa class. With their bright colors, their waving tentacles and their fleshy trunk, these animals often resemble plants. However, they are carnivores. Their tentacles, with their stinging, poisonous cells, are used as defense against their enemies and also to capture their prey, which can range from different animals to small fish. Contrary to most corals, anemones live alone and their reproduction is asexual and it is done when an adult animal is divided into two resulting in two genetically identical animals. Their tentacles can grow to several centimeters. They live attached to rocks on the sea bottom or on coral reefs and need a lot of light as a part of their food is produced, in symbiosis, by a photosynthesizing alga. They live in tidal areas and, at low tide, when they reach the surface they collect water in their tentacles to protect against dehydration. Then, they turn into a jelly mass that can be seen on the coastal rocks. They often live under rocky outcrops in order to be protected from the direct sun. Sea anemone stablishes many symbiotic relationships. In exchange for providing the algae safe harbor and exposure to sunlight, the anemone receives oxygen and sugar, the bi-products of the algae's photosynthesis. They form another symbiotic alliance with clownfish. Here, it seems that in the course of evolution, clownfish adapted themselves to the venom of the tentacles. They are protected by a mucus layer that makes them immune to the anemone's venom. Clownfish live within the anemone's tentacles, getting protection from predators, and the anemone gets its benefit since the clownfish keeps it clean. However, this relationship is not entirely fair, as the anemone can live alone but the clownfish cannot. Sea Anemone in Mythology: The sea anemone has many poisonous tentacles like, in Greek mythology, "Hydra of Lerna" with its many heads. And in the same way as their heads grew again when they were cut by Heracles, sea anemone can reproduce asexually through division. Sea Anemone Essence: It helps us recognize what we may or may not be attached to. It is a very common problem and many people suffer from this issue. It is about being able to take the right decision in life, precisely when we reach the age at which we are longing for a companion that fears and doubts arise: Would that be the right person? The relationship has to remain solid after the first flare of infatuation and passion has been appeased and true love within the fellowship should be developed. Some couples live without a certificate of marriage, others get married by civil law or church, but then the daily routine comes and they must also learn to accept different aspects of their partner that were not considered at the beginning. Some people "survive" a relationship and they appear as "a united couple", but internally they are unhappy and full of doubts. And, later, when the famous "midlife crisis" comes, many married and unmarried couples break up. The essence helps us see clearly what is really united and what is not, where there is chemistry and where there is not. It strengthens the awareness of us and our self-esteem. It is a big step that requires courage because fears may arise, as we truly learn to open our eyes, to see with clarity, to perceive through our heart and to recognize what is right for us. However, as our self-esteem will be increased, these fears will disappear. With this increased self-esteem we will also feel on equal terms within the couple, and so questions that have tortured us for years can disappear. The answer will be clear: Yes means Yes and No means No, with this you will feel great relief. We can leave behind the torturous questioning and we will know what really is suitable for us. Through this process, we can find the right partner, generating a solid relationship from which a family can be formed and in which the sense of belonging fills all members with strength and joy. It strengthens the group consciousness and the union as a group.

7. Sea Urchin (Echinothrix diadema)
Sea Urchin The Sea Urchin belongs to echinoderms (echinodermatas) and there are 975 species known all over the world. Starfishes, cucumbers and sea urchins belong to this group of marine invertebrates. Their bodies are characteristically covered in spines and subdivided into five equal parts, symmetrically arranged around a central point. They have a hard endoskeleton of calcareous ossicles and a water vascular system. The Sea Urchin has two different sets of spines one has shorter and slender closed spines and can deliver a nasty sting, and the other with longer and thicker spines. It has five rows of tube feet, which are often covered with spines, the animal slips over the rocks and the seabed, to eat algae and small animals. Its mouth is located in the center and it is called Aristotle's lantern which is composed of five jaws made up of calcium plates. These plates are connected by muscles. Usually after eating, the animals go back to their holes in soft rocks. Sea urchins have a diameter ranging from 6 to 12 centimeters. They live in coastal areas, on the seabed where there is plenty of sunlight and also on the reefs. Sea Urchin in mythology: As many findings in Central and Western Europe show, the petrified sea urchins have been catching people's attention since the Stone Age. Its fossils were called snake-stones or stone of the soul by the Celts who also considered them very important. Petrified sea urchins are, according to many researchers, the famous egg of snake (Ovum Anguinum) of the Druids. These fossils were placed in many tombs of the Gauls. In Bohemia, these special stones were called "Duckaneck" which meant "stones of the soul". They were a symbol of the Druids teachings, according to which the death was only half of a long life. The sea urchin in the interpretation of dreams: It helps us pay attention to our protective boundaries and it leads us to find our own space. Sea Urchin Essence: It helps us find the right distance and proximity in our relationships. Imagine the Sea Urchin living alone on the seabed. Sea urchins are usually well protected against most predators by their strong and sharp spines. With them, they feel safe in their environment, knowing that their possible enemies avoid them. But the sea urchin feels lonely and begins to search for a partner, until it finally finds it. Now the two of them come together, enjoy the proximity and the presence of the other. When they get too close, they prick each other, so they keep some distance. Then, each one is again on a rock and feels lonely and they decide to approach each other once again... The man is a social being that has survived for centuries only in groups, clans and families. In addition, every human being longs for emotional closeness, love and affection. These are basic needs. Without social relationships, affection, understanding and emotional as well as physical love the human being is more and more impoverished and becomes lonely. Unfortunately "modern" life in a city is being increasingly absorbed by consumption. The person spends a lot of time in front of the computer, the TV or shopping. The average man of industrialized countries spends statistically less time with family, friends and the children and more and more people have the feeling of inner emptiness. When we are fortunate to live a relationship, to have a partner or children, there always is a sensation of being moving like a pendulum with, on the one hand, the desire of fulfilling the loved one's wishes and, on the other hand, also having our own desires and the need of our private space. If we fail to establish a balance, if possible at the beginning, relationships can suffer or even break. Every human being needs a certain level of closeness and, at the same time, has the need to be independent in certain areas. This essence helps us develop a greater understanding of ourselves and also of others. Fears can be overcome by increasing our self- love. We feel safer and secure under the strong and sharp spines. Then, we feel more certain of ourselves and we can develop trust, which allows us to implement individual limits, which must be discussed and accepted in the relationship. We will see how it flourishes and evolves. The air we all need to live is no longer strangled by an extremely tight embrace based on fear; and so love can grow and develop. Thus, the essence helps us find the right place within a couple or another type of relationship between people. Each culture manages in a different way the distance and closeness within their relationships. It is important that as a result of our recently increased self-esteem, we develop confidence in our own protection and so we can get close to others properly and learn to fully respect each other, with all our needs. It helps us find the right balance between closeness and distance.

8. Sea Cochlea (Aplysia dactylomela)
Sea Cochlea The huge and diverse group of invertebrate animals includes more than four-fifths of all living molluscs. Snails and slugs with approximately 75,000 species belong to this group. This sea slug has black ring-shaped spots of varying size on the mantle which gives them the resemblance of a leopard. Its skin color varies from pale gray to green to dark brown. The specimens of this species are medium-sized, measuring approximately between 15 and 20 cm. They live in shallow waters and tidal zones of tropical and subtropical seas of the Atlantic Ocean. Most sea slugs have a thin shell that is not externally visible, a large and well developed head that has two pairs of tentacles and a large foot. They live in coastal areas and in small puddles that form with the tides, and feed on algae. If the animal is attacked or it feels threatened, it squirts purple ink (which comes from the red algae it eats) and thus it confuses its enemies and it flees. Sea slugs eat not only fresh seaweed, but also dead plant material, thus playing an important role in decomposition processes and water purification. Sea Cochlea in mythology: The sea slug represents something new, something that has never been seen before, the unexplored and the union between water and earth, bringing together the power of water to that of the earth. Within Christianity, the slug represents the gift of patience and is a symbol of Resurrection. The sea Cochlea in the interpretation of dreams: It reminds us of our development in life and it makes us see our position in it. Sea Cochlea Essence: In volatile situations, the essence gives us strength and roots us to the ground. On the body level: It reinforces our ankles, tibiotarsial joints, knuckles and knees. After an ankle injury, it helps being more aware when walking and it gives us greater internal stability. It is an excellent essence for rooting to the Earth. On the emotional level: It helps us achieve inner peace. We learn to do things more slowly. We recognize that by going slowly, in the long run we end up being more effective and we also move more confidently about life. Through better rooting, the essence helps us feel more confident and strong inwardly. As we feel greater self-confidence, we learn to release our fears and our feelings of insecurity and thus, we develop the confidence to be protected. Besides, we learn to discern among those who want to snuggle with us or parasitize us and whom we must separate energy. In the same way that the animal may fool the enemy through the expulsion of ink, we can also face our "enemies" with all certainty, so we will have enough strength and power of specificity through the best rooting with the land and a strong self-confidence. On the spiritual level : As well as the animal, which has no shell, we learn to rely on our inner protection, developing trust in God and then we know that we will always be protected by Him and that, ultimately, nothing will go wrong.

9. Starfish (Asterias rubens)
Starfish The starfish as well as the sea urchins belongs to echinoderms. There are approximately 1,500 species all over the world and they live in coastal areas, on the seabed and in the reefs. Starfish are among the best-known marine invertebrates as a result of their striking forms and the fact that they frequently appear in the coasts. They have a flexible skeleton covered by a tough skin. The main surface is the tube feet, small rows covered by protective spines. The asterias rubens has five arms and a striking bright red color. Other starfish may have up to 40 arms. They feed on other stars, sea urchins, ophiuroidea and molluscs, swallowing small prey whole. Most starfish also have the remarkable ability to consume prey outside their bodies. Using tiny, suction-cupped tube feet, they pry open clams or oysters, and their sack-like cardiac stomach emerges from their mouth and oozes inside the shell. The stomach then envelops the prey to digest it, and finally withdraws back into the body. The Starfish can measure approximately 30 cm. They have the ability to regenerate limbs, and in some cases, entire bodies. Starfish in mythology: The starfish represents the union with the stars i.e. our spiritual home. It represents the Virgin Mary, Isis and the starfish. It is a symbol of pure eternal love and of a safe journey through the sea and stormy seas. It provides hope and confidence. The starfish in the interpretation of dreams: it is a symbol of happiness and it connects us with the stars. Starfish Essence: The starfish is an animal with great power of perception. It symbolizes the communication in the horizontal plane. We are able to very consciously perceive the feelings and needs of other people. The starfish represents commercial and labor success. Through a better level of perception you can accurately satisfy the needs of others, trade and work successfully. On the body level: It helps us perceive our body accurately. We are able to feel our arms, legs and head and experience new body awareness. On the emotional level: The starfish is the communicator. People who find it difficult to interact with others and who are rather shy, find their inner focus as well as their balance with this essence. We will feel better and more focused. From this inner security, we can unreservedly approach other people, overcome our limitations and interact openly and lovingly. We will discover ourselves as an active part of the group. We can feel exactly what each member of the group feel and need and we can deal with other people in the proper way. On the spiritual level: We will feel our inner star shine and will also perceive the inner light of the other people.

10. Pilot Whale Essence (Globicephala melas)
Pilot Whale Essence Whales are mammals and belong, like the dolphins, to cetaceans. There are 83 species worldwide. About 50 million years ago, the whales were land animals which evolved into marine animals. Perhaps, they have reached the more advanced degree of evolution among the mammals. They have hairless elongated bodies, atrophied hind limbs that provide rudimentary fins and they have an extremely complex and finely articulated brain. Like any mammal, they breathe air through their lungs and possess mammary glands; they breast-feed their offspring, which are born alive and fully developed. There are two different groups: toothed whales, which feed on fish and squid, and baleen whales and they are the largest kind. Their food is composed mainly of krill, which is strained from the water through their baleens. Despite their past as land animals, whales can only survive in the water. If they get lost and remain stranded, their own weight crushes them and, if they fail to go back to deep water in time, they die. Some species of whales, like the sperm whale in search of squid, can dive to 1,000 meters of depth and stay up to 90 minutes under water. They go back towards the surface when they have to blow (exhale). They are so highly specialized that they may slow the rhythm of the heart. To supply the vital organs, the water pressure makes force on the capillary vessels that are just under the skin. It also compresses the lungs and, in this way, presses air into the trachea and the nostrils. Part of the air is absorbed by the walls of the lung through a foamy secretion. The legendary singing of the whales consists of, depending on the species, a spectrum of typical sounds that can travel through enormous distances. Some whales can communicate with each other through 15,000 kilometers and can sing in the depths using their complex sounds. Whales have a very good memory. Sometimes they copy the singing of another whale, playing accurately tone by tone, vibration by vibration. Under threat: The whales were always hunted for their meat, their bones and their Trans fats. In the 20th century, with the beginning of the industrialized hunt of whales and the introduction of factory boats, their number declined at an alarming rate and many species are under threat of extinction. In 1966, the International Whaling Commission banned the hunting of certain species, and as a result the number of such species has slightly recovered. Commercial whaling was completely banned in 1986, but Japan, Norway and Iceland continue killing whales (up to 2011). Many of the smaller species get tangled in fishing nets and they drown. Besides, the increasing pollution of the water worsens the situation. Plastic bags that were mistaken for jellyfish and swallowed have been found in the stomachs of dead whales. There are frequent accidents with vessels that strike, injure and kill whales which had been asleep. The increase in marine traffic leads to greater noise pollution of the seas which is, to say the least, a nuisance to whales because they have a highly specialized ear. But the greatest threat comes from the military sector. As it has been demonstrated by many investigations, many whales appear dead after military maneuvers. The newly developed super-sonar system of warships emits horrendous noises that reach marine depths and expand through many kilometers. The whales that are reached by this sounds do not only probably panic and try to get to the surface too quickly, but they also suffer from strokes and heart attacks that kill them. Obviously, this is not officially recognized. Whales in Mythology: The Slavic people have always considered the whale as a pillar protector of the universe and a symbol of the world. They were also much admired in other cultures, such as the indigenous people of New Zealand, where riding a whale was considered as something of supreme importance. For the Eskimos, whales represent the ingenuity and smartness. Many old stories of the high seas talk about this big animal that has always generated respect. The best known is surely Moby Dick. In ancient cultures, the whales were called "big fish of the worlds". They were considered to be the caretakers of the ancient wisdom. We know the tale "Jonah and the whale" from the Bible. Jonas should travel on behalf of God to Nineveh to convey His Word to all atheists. However, he felt fear and shortly before Nineveh he tacked his boat in a different direction. Then God sent a storm and his boat capsized when he was gently lodged in the mouth of a great whale. During this time he repented and received inner clarity. Finally, the whale, following God's order, took him to the coasts of Nineveh, where he was dragged toward the coast. Whales were also related to the ancient submerged cultures of Atlantis and Lemuria. It is said that they would know the path of these ancient cultures and that they would be their guardians. Nowadays, the whale is a symbol of the protection of the environment and global thinking. It is the only animal species that has made humanity join and put into practice a truce in their hunting at global level, such truce is obeyed and was signed by almost all the countries. You can see the whale in the night sky as Cetus Constellation. Its main star is Mira. The whale in the interpretation of dreams: It represents the depths of the global waters and the initiation in ancient mysteries and wisdom. Pilot Whale Essence: The vibrations of the whale open our heart and all our energy centers (chakras). It shakes our walls built of fear, envy, jealousy, greed, pride and contempt. It calls us to discover ourselves as merciful, sensitive beings and it gives us the strength to take part in the concert of life of the unconditional love to any kind of life. It is a very strong essence that binds us to a powerful energy. This powerful energy and the immutable perseverance towards a goal have their origin in the care for life in its entirety, in love for life. This love is able to responsibly use the existing creative intelligence in favor of the protection and healing of the Earth and of the symbiosis between the living beings of the mineral, vegetable, animal kingdoms and human beings. Through their essence, whales can teach us the vibration of love towards all living things. This essence has a protective aspect that teaches us to use all our intellectual knowledge to create a balance between our personal desires and the laws of nature. We learn to develop respect toward any living being. When developing the whale essence, I received the following message: "We want to remind you that we are all brothers and sisters. We want to remind you that we are all children of God. We want to remind you that the beauty of the planet is simply borrowed; We are the guardians of the planet and of nature and We want to remind you that you should assume your responsibility to preserve the beauty of the planet. See how easy it is to be happy. Open your spirit and your heart for us to show you our love." The whales want to remind us lovingly about our role as guardians. And worldwide, they are also the ones that give us signs, for example, through their stranding, to sensitize our hearts. Read also the description of each whale in particular. Males can measure from 3 to 6 meters in length, reaching a maximum of 8 meters and a weight of up to 3 tons. Females can measure up to 6 meters. The body is almost cylindrical, its spherical head is slightly separated from the body and its round melon protrudes from the short premaxillae. In adults, the caudal fin is elongated and narrow. This is also valid for the pectoral fins, which measure almost a fifth of the total length of the animal. The tail fin has a deeply notched center and it is slightly rounded. It has a variable pattern of black and white markings (used to identify the different individual). The pilot whale is distributed in the cold seas. In the southern hemisphere, it lives in all the oceans, and in the northern hemisphere, it only lives in the Atlantic and it can be found mainly near Iceland, in the Barents Sea and near the coast of Norway but while they are nursing, they can also be found in warm zones, and near the Canary Islands. They are toothed whales and feed on fish and squid. In order to hunt for their prey, they can continuously dive for 15 minutes at a depth of up to 500 meters (1640ft). They usually live in pods, which are large family communities of up to 100 animals and more. They can live up to 60 years. After a gestation period of about 15 months, it gives birth to its offspring that suckle the milk from the mother's nipple. The particularity of the pilot whale essence: Pilot whales have guided sailors and whales hunters towards the great whales; hence their name. They emit high-frequency sounds and communicate among themselves through tones that can deploy curative effects on us and increase our awareness. On the island of La Gomera, Melani told me that she had suffered from paralysis as sequel to old meningitis. Years ago, when she had the opportunity to continuously stay with pilot whales and to swim with them, the symptoms of the disease suddenly disappeared. This changed her life, so she decided to settle on the island, got married and now lives there with her family and is committed to the protection of these animals. Pilot whales have a great healing effect, which is being corroborated by other therapists. For many years now, we organize meetings between people and animals and it has been demonstrated that there are healings, primarily in the emotional and spiritual level. Pilot whales make us aware of the fourth dimension. We become aware that time and space are an illusion, and that everything is interrelated. Many people experience this moment as an initiation. During meditation, they feel that everything is interconnected, and many people perceive that moment as an instant of supreme ecstasy, in which they frequently become aware of their mission in life.

Power Animal

How do I find my power animal? In the spiritual level, you can find your animal through meditation (see more at the end of the book - Journey to the inner world). Through a great empathy and love towards an animal. Through an encounter in nature or an intense visual contact. Sometimes, you can be bitten by an animal. In shamanism, this means that the animal has chosen us to carry its force. If we receive the figure of an animal as a present or if it is given to us in any other way, e.g. when we find feathers. Through very real encounters with animals, when we play with it or touch it, etc. In our dreams, when an animal is presented to us repeatedly and it talks to us. What can power animal do for us? It can help us make important decisions through its advice. It can help us balance our body on the energy level, purify it, transform it, make old patterns disappear and disintegrate old energy. During healing treatments, it can settle important vibrations. By providing support to our self-esteem, it can help us overcome our fears and to move internal constraints. It can help us to awaken inwardly. Through its vibration, it can provide support to our self-healing processes. It can show us our power and vital energy level, and what we can do to reset and keep them. It protects our vital energy and it can guide us to the spiritual level since God can talk to us through the animals.
